About this item

  • 90% UPGRADED CONCENTRATED: Your garden needs it! Compared to regular non-concentrated mulch glue, Teexpert mulch glue is 90% concentrated, which means the adhesive is thicker and of higher quality. Once diluted with water, it can cover a wider area and provide stronger adhesion to your landscape mulch. An efficient and cost-effective solution for your mulching needs
  • 3X PROTECTION FOR GARDEN MULCH: With our enhanced concentrated strong mulch glue, you can securely lock in messy mulch, and prevent washout or blowing away. Spend less time on weekly sweeping and clearing loose clutter of mulch, pea gravel, stones, bark, and more. Designed for your garden mulch! Be sure to dilute before pour/spray/mix application
  • WATER-BASED & SAFE FORMULA: This rock glue for landscaping with safe formula appears light blue when sprayed, but dries clear within 6-24 hours, leaving no color residue on your mulch and securely locking the mulch in place while ensuring safety for kids, pets, and plants. Ideal mulch glue for your garden, making you rest assured. Note: Do not use in rainy or high humidity conditions
  • DILUTE USE & DURABLE BONDING: Our mulch glue binder provides maintenance for up to 12-24 months after use. Before pouring or spraying, dilute with water at a 1:1 or 1:2 ratio. Use a watering can with holes for pouring (recommended), or an electric spray pump for spraying. Apply 2-3 times to enhance adhesion and strength. Promptly clean the container after use to prevent blockage
  • YOUR GARDEN NEEDS IT: Our mulch spray glue is suitable for all landscaping, including rubber mulch, wood bark, pine straw, small pebbles and gravel. It can be applied around trees, in planting beds, along boundaries, and on garden pathways and patios, helping to maintain a tidy backyard garden while reducing the weekly maintenance effort for garden caretakers
  • FOR OPTIMAL MIX RESULTS: Dilute with 30%-60% water before mix application and 100%-200% water before pouring or spraying. Before mixing mulch glue with stones, ensure the base material is dry, clean, and free from moisture, mud, or dust. For any inquiries, welcome to reach our dedicated support team for assistance. For the latest usage guidelines and dilution instructions, please refer to the User Manual in the product page

Product Description

mulch glue for landscaping strong mulch glue for rocks pea gravel bark

For pour on and spray application, dilute with water at a 1:1 or 1:2 ratio and shake well. Clean the can/sprayer promptly after use to prevent nozzle from clogging. For large high-traffic areas, mix clean, dry gravel directly with mulch glue and dilute with 30%-60% water.

mulch glue for landscaping strong mulch glue for rocks pea gravel bark

Apply in warm(above 68°F), dry(humidity below 70%) weather conditions. Since it's water-based, rain will dilute the liquid and reduce the bonding strength of the product. Ensure the base material is dry, clean, and free from moisture, mud, oil, or dust before applying.

Commonly problems you may encounter:

  • Why isn't the mulch glue working well?

First, apply the mulch glue in warm (above 68℉) and dry (humidity below 70%) weather conditions for a continuous period of 3 days, avoiding its use in rainy or high humidity conditions. Second, ensure that the base material is dry, clean, and devoid of moisture, mud, oil, or dust. Finally, apply 2 or 3 thin coats of mulch glue for the strongest finish, allowing the first coat to dry for 24 hours before applying the next.

  • How can I prevent the mulch glue from clogging my sprayer?

For pouring and spraying, dilute the glue with water at a 1:1 or 1:2 ratio and shake well. Apply using a Watering Can with Multiple Holes for pouring and an Electric Pump Sprayer for spraying. Clean the can or sprayer promptly after use to prevent nozzle clogging. You may consider using a disposable watering can to avoid hassle. Non-electric pumps are more prone to clogging during spraying.

  • White/blue residue after drying?

Our mulch glue initially appears light blue when sprayed due to light reflection, but it becomes clear after drying. Also, applying the glue too thickly at once may cause improper curing, leading to an opaque color and white/blue residue. We recommend applying multiple thin coats instead. More, extended exposure to standing water from rainfall can also lead to the formation of white residue. Applying the glue in warm, dry weather may resolve it.

  • How long will this mulch glue lasts?

Our rock glue typically lasts for about 12 months before requiring reapplication, although this timeframe may vary depending on the climate and other factors. It's recommended to reapply it to your garden after the winter season to provide additional reinforcement.

  • Is Teexpert mulch glue safe for plants and pets?

Yes, Teexpert mulch glue binder is generally safe after totally dry for both your plants and pets when used as directed. However, we do recommend keeping children and pets away from the treated area for 24-48 hours until the mulch glue has dried completely.

I use this product in my mulch and on some small stones in the back yard. Both applications the product works well to hold the material fast. I used a few light applications as per the directions and that seems to work well.

I recently received this "Teexpert 33.5OZ Mulch Glue - Pea Gravel Binder, Rock Glue for Landscaping, Mulch Glue for Landscaping Ready to Use, Fast Dry Mulch Spray Glue, Landscaping Glue for Rocks, Bark, Pebble, Wood Chips" and while I've only used one other product of this nature, I'm pretty happy with this one's performance.I'm having some landscaping work done and wanted to be more proactive this time regarding the mulch. It blows away when I use the leaf blower and needs a way to stay in place. I'm trying out this product in hopes that it can become my new go-to brand when it comes time to repeat the process later on. As I mentioned, I've used only one other product like this, so I don't have a huge basis for comparison. However, I can say that one of the things about this particular product that I really like is that when you're first applying it, it's a kind of milky blue color which makes it much easier to see if you've covered everything. The other product I tried out does not do that, and even though it works just fine, while applying it I did find myself having to lean down and look closely to see whether or not I'd gotten everything coated, so this one having a color shift as part of it is a really nice feature to me.This particular product does recommend 2-3 coats for complete coverage, but I'm not sure it's really required, at least for my personal setup. The areas I'm trying to work on don't get any foot traffic at all, and my real motivation is that I don't want to send mulch flying everywhere when I take the blower out to clean up after wrapping up the yard work. Also nice is that this glue is usable as-is (at full strength) or an be diluted up to a 50/50 ratio between the glue and water. Depending on what you're trying to secure and how big the area is, that can make a huge difference. The bottle isn't huge, so it's probably wise to do the math prior to ordering. The recommendation on dilution is based on what you're trying to secure (over all, more is used for stones than for mulch), and also whether it is the first or second coat (less dilution for the first coat). Either way,When I placed my order, this mulch glue was priced at $17.99 for the 33.5 oz. bottle. Since then it seems the price has been reduced a bit as it is now listed for $14.59 for the same amount. In all, I have no complaints and found this product easy to use as well as being effective. If you're looking for a way to secure your landscaping, definitely check this one out.

The Teexpert - Strong Mulch Glue is a concentrated glue that is thicker but once it is diluted with water it can cover a larger area. It is recommended to dilute the glue with water before using and use a watering can to evenly disperse the product by applying multiple coats to enhance adhesion. I really appreciate that this came with a pair of gloves to use. The glue will be blue until dry (approximately 6-24 hours weather permitting) which will then dry clear. The glue recommends applying this on a nice clear day with low humidity and no rain in the forecast for a few days. I have used several different brands of this type mulch glue, and this one seems to be a great product that is easy to use and works well. I am happy with my purchase.

I have a neighbor who used some mulch glue for keeping their pea gravel in place while blowing leaves from their driveway and was hoping this would do the trick for mine. Not a lot of instruction came with the jug of glue on mixing (did say concentrate!) for effective coverage. I did a 2:1 mix and it really didn't do much except coat the gravel without having them stick together.I assume it would work with mulch better because it is porous, but mixing/diluting doesn't seem to be a good idea. Not recommended for gravel.

Review of Teexpert Strong Mulch Glue Concentrate, 64OZ Messy Stop Mulch Glue for Landscaping, Mulch Glue for Garden, Fast-Dry Safe Rock Glue, Gravel Glue, Mulch Lock, Mulch Glue Binder & Gravel Stabilizer (64OZ)I have a small hill on the front corner of my landscaping and the mulch there always runs off the incline when it rains, running right into the driveway. I tested the mulch glue right in that steep spot and… it works! The mulch all stayed in place!Pros: * easy to use * good value ($30 per 1/2 gallon) * goes on blue in color so you know where you have sprayed it * concentrate is nice and i would recommend using a watering can - easy for mixing and then rinsing out afterwardsCons:* you must wear protective gloves and clothing (I appreciate that it comes with rubber gloves)* make sure you apply it on a day with no rain, and no rain in the near forecast! (the glue needs time to set)* it seems to adhere better on fresher thicker mulch, not scattered thinner older mulchEarns 5 stars because it works well and is a good value.

Used this on pea gravel that I am using for a firepit in my backyard. I loaded this into a pump sprayer and sprayed the pea gravel, which worked great without needed to dilute the glue at all. I love that it sprays on blue, making it very easy to see which areas of stone have already been sprayed and helping to maximize the effectiveness of spraying. It seems to dry quickly, though I allowed a couple of days of sun and good weather before placing anything onto the gravel. so far it is a solid hold, and prevents the gravel from being kicked out of the area as people walk to and from their seats by the fire. Will try to update after the first rain storm to see how the bonds hold up against midwest weather.
