We put a sandbox for our grandkids right next to our house, and soon discovered that there were nails in the rocks where we placed it. We had some siding work done a few years ago and they obviously did a poor job of collecting the nails, but we never noticed it before this. This magnet did an awesome job, even pulling nails and staples up from under some of the rocks. I raked the area a few times and went over it each time with the magnet and I believe we have all that could be found.

Works well . Cleared my driveway of all metal ,screws ,nails.i have a dirt driveway so it is not easy to see debris they will hurt my tires .it is easy to use and works well

The handle seems a little weak but time will tell. I can't fault the magnet and I can't believe how many nails and screws it found in my yard. If it saves one tire it has paid for itself 10x.

I lost a screw outside. Grabbed this off of Amazon and was able to locate it quickly. Appears to be durable and I especially like that it telescopes for easy storage.

I mean the things 12$ get what you pay for just didn't want it broken. It's a decent little magnet, works well enough for what I bought it for. Easy use, durability almost none existent, values prob a little high lol.

Working with very small metal.objects this will find little springs, screws and pins dropped in carpet.

Bought two for my girls to see what they could find in our yard of sand, within 10 minutes the handle of the first broke at the base where the magnet meets the pole, right above the screw. Needs to be thicker more durable instead of hollow cheap

Used this to clean up about 300 nails out of the grass, worked like a charm. Love how the handle is telescopic so makes it easy to store.

The Magnet is very strong, terlescopic handle is not strong enough broke with just the weight of the magnet attached to it, now have to return the unit to get a refund Amazon cannot replace the unit. Do not bother with this item

Used it for first time and it got broken.cant find option to return.
