Fit well and installed easily. Good insurance for large tires once you get to 37â€.

Dont forget to give yourself spacing for the inner axle seals on the dana 30 or else youll find yourself grinding out a ring from the inside of the axle housing, which is no fun!! Otherwise, very easy to install and not much tapping with a hammer involved. I welded this in with 110v using my vulcan welder on stick mode. Would of used MIG, but I left my gas on and it leaked all out before I began my sleeving, gusseting, trussing and aussie locking project on this axle. Other than the mistake I made... learn from me and itll be easy as drilling holes and filling them in with molten metal. I drilled holes on top and bottom and on the front and rear sides of the axle housing. I can definitely say this sleeve kit is quality.

Theses D30 weld in sleeves add a lot more beef coupled with a truss kit (I went with artech). There are a few guys in my off road group that run this set up on 37s and beat the piss out of their riggs. So I'd say you can't go wrong.

Good product, you may have to clean all the dirt/mud out of the axle tube before you install them... I highly recommend putting these in the freezer before you try to install them. They will slide right in after you pull them out of the freezer.

Weld in sleeves, slid right in. Not the cheapest sleeves but teraflex makes quality products worth paying a little extra.

Driver side for fine but passenger side is way too big it can’t even be pounded it. Doesn’t fit a Dana 30.
