Paul Lashton Terry Cloth Sweat Stain Guard and Size Reducer
This Sweat Guard is made of 100% Terry Cloth, made to absorb moisture and sweat. Simply attach to any hat by peeling off the backing from the adhesive on the back, and press into the sweatband of your hat. It should stay securely attached for regular wear. This guard will also act as a size reducer, to give your hat a more snug and secure fit.

I stuck then sewed down the lower edge of the band to make it permanent. It's very comfortable and hopefully permanent.

Ok, I didn't expect this product to wow me, just needed help with a hat that didn't fit, but WOW, it's very nice. USA MADE is a bonus!!!! It's very easy to place in the hat, comfortable, and absorbs light sweat. Will absolutely purchase this again and highly recommend.

Had a bad baseball hat liner that bunched up after wearing. Bought these to cut out the old liner and replace it. They work great! Now wear the hat all the time for a couple months and have only used one of the inserts. Only gripe is that the material can be a bit warm in the hot humid summer.

These sweat guards are a wonderful hat accessory. They, of course, prevent sweat stains. They also serve as a size reducer. If fastened outside the front of the hat band, as opposed to underneath, it is a much smoother fit—no wrinkles or bumps. And it makes the hat surprisingly more comfortable against the forehead. One concern—should you ever remove it, the sticky residue will not come off and the hat band will be sticky against the forehead. So either be certain that your hat will not shrink in the future, or place it inside the hat band. Overall this is a wonderful product that I’ve come to prefer over size-reducing tape.

I purchased this to tighten a loose cap. I'm between sizes. This is the most suitable item I've found here for this purpose. It worked too well and I had to trim it down which is not ideal.

I'm glad I got these Paul Lashton Terry Sweat Stain Guard Protective Sweatbands. I even cut one in half lengthwise because they are of a generous width. Now my Andy caps fit perfect!
