It’s works well ... don’t plug on top of core removal just add a 1/4 hose on the side of core removal and attach to the micron guage for better results but works great and easy

I have the Testo 550, it doesn't measure microns and I couldn't afford to spend too much on a newer model at the moment but this micron Gauge is affordable, accurate and very convenient to use.

I like the rugged polymer and rubber case, large number readout, backlight and bluetooth capability, my only gripe is the size of the unit, and that it didn’t come with a micron gauge coupler, but so far so good, I haven’t compared it to other micron gauges yet but it seems to be accurate because with my old micron gauge and this new one they both have shown that the vacuum pump is pulling down to 20 or less microns, buy the protection plan so if it flakes out within 4 years they will replace it. Two thumbs up.

I thought I was purchasing a a quality product. It worked perfectly the first 3 evacuations, 4th use was a no go. Disappointed but awaiting a reply from customer service. I'll update my review if they back up their product.

At first I downloaded the wrong app, once I figured that out I was able to sit and monitor the vacuum from inside the house. The other nice part about the connection to the phone is the ability to trend how well the system held vacuum. You are looking for the micron level to flatline so, the trending will give you an idea if you still have something boiling off.

Unit seems to be very fragile. In my opinion, it's good for office or manufacturer work. Doesn't stand up to the abuse out in the field. I'm not hard on my tools, i just use them daily. This tool, i've had to replace twice in 3 years. There's other more compact vac gauges that last longer for the same money. Live and learn.

Like a lot of other reviews, I wasted a ton of time messing around with this gauge. Out of the box the gauge was all over the place, couldn’t get a reliable reading, tried 3-4 hoses, hard piped directly to the pump. Cleaned the sensor multiple times just to get any sort of reasonable reading but it was still jumping all over the place. After multiple tests etc, finally had to send it back, I just can’t rely on the readings and wasted a lot more time and purge gas than I should have. Bluetooth and data is nice, but useless when you can’t rely on the results.
