Fit perfectly on my 2000 F250. Looks great. Be advised that the liner and installation parts ship separately, and may not arrive together. I got the liner delivered by itself, with no box or instructions. I proceeded to install the liner using some spare bolts I had, thinking it was odd to have no instructions or screws included. Lo and behold, they were shipped in a small box and delivered separately. By that time I had no need of them.
