There are special pads that keep rugs from creeping when laid over wall-to-wall carpets. Curl Stop corners can be used when there is a padding under a rug.

I'm a middle school teacher and I have a rug that serves as a great meeting space. We move around the room constantly, and the corner of the rugs was starting to curl up. These carpet corners are large enough to bring the corners down, and the last. I have them on another rug in the room that I put in place in 2016 and they are still attached!!!

I can't believe how easy it is to use these. Normally when I get a new kitchen sink rug, it arrives rolled up and I spend weeks rolling it in different directions to straighten it out. In the meantime, I am tripping of the curled edges about to break a leg. These are simple to install, work like a charm. LOVE THEM
