I wish I knew about these 17 years ago! First time ever , with my eighth baby, that I don't have dry cracked, sore nipples, very minimal. If you remember use these one to two weeks before baby comes. If I'd have done that i think I would have had no soreness at all.

These are amazing if you pop them in the freezer. If you’re hurting and you’re on the fence, go ahead and get them. I also pair them with a hot and cold pack.
