This slide is way better than the run of the mill slide from the music store. It is made to fit one’s finger in a natural way. It is comfortable without being too lightweight and gets a good sound out of the guitar. They are expensive but I think it’s worth it.

I was pretty confident this slide would do the trick. I bought it to use on a tri-cone resonator I had purchased and chalk one up for me for trusting my instincts. I have been trying to learn standarded tuning slide and the last distraction I wanted was a buzzy string or a bumpy ride along the fretboard. How amazingly well this brass slide articulates. The weight and fit ( on my baby finger) actually had my wife surprised by how well it sounded. I excited now to devote some time adjusting to the standard tuning instead of trying to find the perfect pressure on the strings. No wonder these are classic

Liked this one so much, I’m going to get a pinky slide. Love the tapering. This thing has a snug fit. Great slide!

I've been playing for 60 years, and I can't imagine how a slide could be better than this one. I tried their glass version, but I prefer the weight, tone, and fit (on the ring finger) of this brass one.

I have switched to using my ring finger over my pinky. And, I'm partial to metal slides, specifically brass, btw. But the asymmetric cut on the one end makes it more comfortable and flexible. In addition, It's easier to put my other two fingers behind the slide, muting that side for an even cleaner sound. The weight is just perfect for me.

I primarily use it on a vintage acoustic Dobro. Its a little short for my baritone National Resophonic guitar but the heavier tip really brings out the tone. I was looking for a little heavier slide and this exactly suits my purpose.

The shape makes this awkward to put on and take off quickly during a performance, and there is no advantage in tone over cheaper alternatives like the Dunlop 222 brass slide, let alone the similarly priced Diamond Bottlenecks lead crystal slides.
