I had mixed feeling about this stuff. I sprayed it on rubber seal as directed ( can says very little about product or direction) It foams on the turns to a liquid . Then it starts to run and drip on RV and eventually dries. It did not stain Rv but it was messy as foam turned to liquid. It works like any spray on tire shine on the market you spray on tires. In fact that's what I did with what was left over with 2/3 a can left used it on tires. It went on the turned to liquid and dried to a nice shinny, non sticky clear coating on the RV tires and my cars. I don't know if it will hold up as long or maybe longer then the tire spray I can buy for 4 .00 a can verse this stuff at 12.00 only time will tell. It claims that it has UV inhibitors so that's a good thing to keep tires on RV from cracking from sun. If it lasts a long time on tires then this will last even longer on rubber seals on Rv and I will change it to 5 stars, But time will only tell! I am hopping it eliminates that annoying rubber squeaking on slide out when the motorhome is driving down the road and is why I tried it anyway.update 9/25/14 Stuff works and holds up spray it on let id dry in place seems to form nice seal over rubber!

This is some good stuff! It's not oily as you'd expect. It does a very good job at repelling water and conditioning the seal. I have used this on the compartment door seals and refrigerator seal with great results. I highly recommend this stuff for use on all your seals. It worked great on the refrigerator seals, they were hard and not pliable at all. I Used this on them and wiped seal clean afterwards and they are like new.

Make sure that when you apply this product, let it completely dry before you operate your sliding on your RV

Product goes on easy, seems to do the trick. Comes out like a foam and will slide downward if you don't wipe it; only issue is that it will drip onto your EPDM roof on the slide which can make a mess and I don't know whether that's a good thing or not.

Got quick from seller. Good value and kept my slide out robber soft and pliable. Only issue wipe off the excess that drips off onto the fiberglass as it leaves a stain that you need to wash off.

Just purchased and applied to slide out seals. Easy to apply. Liked the way it foamed on the rubber seal and showed the coverage to allow for visible even application. Will see how it works in the next week and next year after opening.
