Works great.The interior tube to which it attaches may be fragile or damaged, so be gentle when installing so as not to cause that tube to fail.

Whenever we pushed down on the bellows it would spray on the wall behind. It was leaking. I ordered this part to replace the broken one and it worked exactly like a new Porta Potti. Just follow the directions listed in the kit and it will install easily.

This bellows is a perfect replacement fit for a Sears Pak-a-Potti 6000. Which is a good thing since Sears no longer sells this particular part.

Replacing only the bellows may not solve the problem. Obviously mine had a visible crack but I was not aware that the flush tube was also cracked until after I had installed the new bellows. I suggest not removing the tape covering the sealant until you have tested the new bellows. I discovered the cracked flush tube and had already sealed the bellows to the tank making removal a nightmare. I then discovered that a new flush tube part #07301 is not available and that subsequent Google searches are futile as far as finding the part or interchange with similar Thetford components.

The bellows arrived early afternoon. I was apprehensive about it fitting my 30+ year old Porta Potti. It looked somewhat taller than the old bellows (which was probably somewhat squashed after 30 years of use and banging around). The top of the old bellows had finally cracked.Installation instructions were enclosed with the part. Removing the old bellows wasn't easy. It had become somewhat attached to the old toilet and didn't give up the ghost easily. But, with maximum effort and tenacious needle nose pliers, it finally did. Removing the attached tubes required slightly less coaxing and effort. Attaching them to the new bellows,... a little less effort.Centered the new bellows over the hole, pushed it in and pressed down,... Viola!!!It works!!!!!

At £ 17.00 it's an expensive bit of plastic, however it's still cheaper than a replacement toilet, simple enough to fit once you've removed the remnants of the old one, the piece with the valve needs to be removed from the old pump so dont throw it away, I found it easier to remove and refit the valve tube after placing it in hot water for a few minutes to soften the pipe (they don't mention that in the instructions ), you dont necessarily have to remove all the old sealant but I did, an easy enough fix for most people.
