This is an excellent exercise tool. I'm getting ready for my next back surgery, so I'm doing exercises to strengthen my thigh muscles and pelvic floor. Definitely functions as described or better. Perfect size so I can even take with while traveling, as I do often. This exerciser is going to be ideal for accomplishing my goals. I like that the resistance level of this exerciser is adjustable, so I can start out low and work my way up as I get stronger. The thigh pads are comfortable with just the right amount of traction in the plastic. The unit is made of very thick plastic, so it's substantial and sturdy regardless of how much pressure I put on it. The only negative comment I have is a slight one, because it won't apply to everyone. There are two Velcro straps designed to hold the pads on the thighs. They aren't necessary for using the unit, though. The instruction sheet it really impressive! Great detailed instructions about how to assemble the unit, as well as instructions for how to use it. I'm looking forward to seeing the results I get from using this thigh master. While and after using this, I could feel it in my lower abs, my thighs and pelvic floor! Great for the lower mid section as well! Definitely recommend!!

I had one of the original thigh master that came out back in the 90's and I felt it did a good job back then. I saw this one day when I was browsing on Amazon and remembered my old one and decided, WTH, let’s try an upgraded one!! What I absolutely love about this thigh master is the soft rubber pads. They provide excellent comfort during use, and the slip-resistant surface ensures that I have a comfortable workout experience. The resistance knob is easy to adjust, and it’s great to have the flexibility to increase the challenge as I progress. The fixed straps are thoughtfully designed to fit both thin and thick legs comfortably, so anyone can use them without worrying about the size of your legs. Another feature I like that is an upgrade is the counter function. It is a huge motivation to check my completion rate and to keep track of my progress. I could never remember how many I had done on my old one, so the counter is a huge help!! It’s easy to use, durable, and the results speak for themselves. I'm so glad I came across this on Amazon and I'm glad I purchased it!

The thigh master is easy to use, and easy to assemble. It works as it should I would definitely start out slow, the material is very durable. The pads could be a little more comfortable but it's still really good and doesn't hurt when you use it.

I like to do different exercises to target different muscles - this tool has been a great addition to my workout routines as it targets those inner thigh muscles that don’t get much exercise. It is simple to use. All I have to do is attach the straps and it's ready for use. I like that I can quickly and easily change the resistance to meet my needs as my muscles are strengthened.

Why i got this thigh master? First of all my husband wanted to slim his thigh and i found this product so i got it for him . Since then this serves as his inner thigh companion. Easy to use and when talking about effectiveness this really is effective it shows a little sign after one week of use . Great build quality. It relieves pain also specially on the hip part the size is adjustable so it works for me too. And very affordable with good workout effectiveness. This one is very precious to have in your household.
