Needs more resistance. It's definitely a very beginner level

This weird-looking thing can actually give you a good amount of resistance and make your thighs burn.(You just have to get the paddles in the right spot and turn the tension knob to the right place.)Don't stop at your thighs, though...- you can use it between your elbows (make a fist, hold your arms in an L-shape, squeeze elbows together)- you can put it between the back of your thigh and your calf, and lift your foot up against the tension- you can put one paddle against your ribs, and the other on the underside of your arm, and bring your arms down/in- you can put it in your lap, and bend over against it- or lay on your back and with your knees bent, put it between your butt and your heels, and pull your heels inBasically anywhere on your body where one part of your body can move close to another part, you can put this trainer between them and add resistance (you might want to add a small pillow or folded towel to keep the curved sides of the paddles from digging in).Basically anywhere

This is legitimately a piece of workout equipment. Once you adjust the tension on it, you will surely break a sweat. Set up is pretty straight forward and easy. The materials are all mainly plastic with a few pieces of metal.
