Great product at a great price! I have been able to use this exercise product for a couple of weeks now with no problem. Definitely helps with inner thigh workouts

I’ve had a knee problem for sometime, and I read that you need to strengthen the leg and thigh muscles so these support the knees. I have not used it long enough to get perfect results, but it is definitely working. It is small, easy to use, and doesn’t take any space in your house, so it’s worth giving it a try if you have flabby thighs or need extra muscles.

I like that I can do this while just sitting.I'm extremely athletic but for some reason (age?) nothing I do seems to target inner thighs.I like this a lot but the hard plastic isn't the most comfortable on bare skin.I wish it came with pads.So, I use a light blanket or any type of clothing that at least covers down to knees.

I was disappointed to learn after I received it and put it together, that there is no way to increase tension. If you have no muscle at all it might be nice, but for me, it needed to be more challenging.

It is not made for larger thighs as it is difficult use with the current size of my legs, I am hoping once with continued use it becomes easier to use as they fit better in the slots
