This hose is perfectly fine; same quality as original. Sadly, for me tho, it's not *better* than the original . . . which is what I was hoping to find. The joints are made up slightly differently, and they do swivel a bit more freely; but the materials seem to be same type, same thickness, yada.

I was vacuuming my floor when I discovered the slit in my old hose that came with my Eureka Mighty Mite. Within 5 minutes, I found this hose from Think Crucial and ordered it. Verdict: It is perfect. Very high quality; as good or even better than my original hose and it adapted perfectly with the vacuum. In addition, the hose arrived sooner than stated when I ordered it.
