Had to replace the original after it got too close to my baseboard heater and melted slightly. This is a better product than the original which frequently bent, restricting the suction power.

Original hose wears at the ends and makes use difficult. The is like an OEM hose. Very satisfied. I have three mighty mites and will buy again when needed.

This hose replaced the original. The original hose was rigid and always kinking. This one is very flexible, no issues with having to unkink it. The angled handle is very convenient when attaching to extensions.

We bought this hose for our Eureka Pet Lover cannister vacuum. It will not stay nested in the wand attachment, and has to be constantly reseated, and/or the seating must be checked at least every minute or so. In addition, the joints leak and must be wrapped with duct tape.Finally, where the hose attaches to the vacuum, the clips do not stay seated, resulting in one coming loose and causing low suction, or the hose completely detaches from the vacuum. That Eureka charges $34 for this piece of crap in 2024 is obscene.

The Eureka! Mighty Mite cannister cleaner is great and provides all the suction I need for hard floors. I've had it for many years and the only complaint I had was that the hose seemed to kink too easily and that would cut suction until it was manually straightened. Last year, I bought a second Mighty Mite for a vacation home and noticed that the hose had been redesigned. It never kinked. That's why I bought a replacement hose for my original Mighty Mite and recommend that anyone who has this cleaner and is not happy with the original hose, do the same. The replacement hose is brilliant!
