It feels really great but the only thing is that it doesn't fit my alto sax. I gave it to my friend who plays clarinet and she says it's really comfy.

My daughter likes having the silicone pad and thought it felt better but it didn’t stay on her tenor sax very well and ended up falling off and being lost within the week. We will be trying out a new type of thumb pad.
