I have never had one of these before, this is a first. It came with no instructions, which I looked for due to trying to figure out where the charger plugs in. I eventually found it. It has great vibration and the suction works well with the handle on flat only. If your tile is textured or not flat, it will not suction to it. But you shouldnt need that very often anyway. Overall its a good product, held a charge great, has great vibration and works as intended!

This vibration tool is as advertised, EXCEPT it does not have the handle locking feature as described in the product description bullet number three. That is a big deal because you must manually hold the handle tight to maintain suction on the tile while at the same time depressing the vibration button. It is, therefore, very stressful on the hand and tiring to use for very long. Both batteries charged up just fine on arrival of the unit and work with plenty of power via the six position vibration dial. I have not exhausted a battery yet so can't comment on the advertised run time of 4-6 hours. My hand gets tired well before the battery is in need of recharging.
