This is my second set of these hangers. They are very sturdy. The stainless steel is sleek and smooth, so no snags on garments. They take up little space in the closet fand have a nice, neat look. They are so much better than plastic hangers because they are stronger and do not have rough spots. These will last for years. A great purchase.I give the hangers 5 stars, however, the packaging was awful. This falls to Amazon. The hangers had ripped through the thin plastic bag, and all the wraps holding the hangers together were broken. A quilted mailer would have been much better, or bubble wrap the hangers before putting them in the plastic bag. I would have written this complaint in a more appropriate area if I could have found one. There was no place to make comments about packaging, so Amazon I hope you're reading this.

I am not the type to write reviews on something I buy, but this one calls for some feedback. I am a returning customer for these hangers. We are very satisfied and will recommend these to anyone wanting a sturdy, non-rusting, durable, affordable hanger. I bought these mainly because I like to hang my clothes outside to dry and I hook the hangers in links of a chain to keep them from sliding together or blowing away while they are drying. These have small enough hooks to fit into the chains, they do not rust with wet clothes hung on them, they don't bend with the weight of pants folded over them, and they feel like they'll last for a long, long time. Thank you for such a quality product that is affordable. By the way, the plastic covers on the ends of the hooks are a good idea and I have not had any of them come loose.

I bought these after I bought another set from a different vendor (Amazon Choice). These are just as good and cheaper. Nice looking hangers and sturdy. Will buy again.

Confession: I'm a fan of stainless steel. Stainless steel pots and pans, screws and machine bolts, stainless linings for travel mugs, thermoses and electric kettles. I'm tired of plastic, including plastic hangers that are weak, break, and aren't recycled into anything useful but eventually get ingested as microplastics. But I digress. I looked for old fashioned wire hangers but found these instead. They are not bulky, only slightly thicker than classic wire hangers, but they're very strong since stainless steel is a stronger type of steel. Basically they are heavy duty steel hangers that will never rust. Goodbye plastic. They're pretty economical and i've given any excess to my immediate family members.
