Much better than buying the slip fit joints at the big box stores and using pinch clamps. Very much worth it and clean. No leaks after 6 months and checked after a week with no need to retighten.

I ordered 2 boxes, 2 in each box. The boxes had 2 labels on them. One said 2.25, and the other label said 2.5, which is what i needed. They slid on super tight on my 2.5 pipes, like last 2 threads on bolts, but after evenly tightening both bolts on each sleeve, they collapsed and hugged the pipe absolutely perfect.

This type of clamp is great for troublesome exhaust connections. The stainless band will conform snugly around both pipes and make a great connection, as long as you start with right size. Use the smallest you can fit on the pipes. These have gotten me out of trouble making a connection when welding was not an option.

This is designed to fit over top of a 3 in and a 3-in od pipe. I tried to use it for my situation but the 3 inch id side wouldn't fit over my 3 inch od pipe. I ended up using a standard 3 in muffler clamp. This will probably work great if you have a situation where you're only running one clamp into one pipe, but I needed it for a complete section with an adapter and it wouldn't fit, so I ended up having to buy another piece to put in its place.

I used these to hold the exhaust in place during a custom stainless build. They worked well for this. I marked the exhaust, removed the clamps and welded it permanently. Well made and easy to use. Note: Be sure to put the rounded part of the aluminum center piece toward the pipe.
