High-quality heating plate

Had one of these units for over 25 yrs, finally quit working. Ordered this and couldn't be happier. Best popcorn maker ever. Stop paying for bagged popcorn that is unhealthy for you. Popping your corn this way is fresh no unwanted chemicals. I make all different kinds of popcorn, add spices and experiment. America stop being so lazy and make fresh homemade popcorn.

Pops almost every kernel. I did keep the small plastic black vent hole cover off while popping (as the instructions say), but after three uses it's not staying on the vent holes. I can still flip the container over without losing popcorn, so the cover doesn't make the unit a total loss. If you butter your popcorn while cooking, the butter may drip through the vent holes without the lid installed.

after two successful popcorn snacks, on the third attempt, the cap over the sweeping arm came off, causing the popped corn to burn when the sweeping arm was no longer attached. The screw holding the parts came out. I could not get it all reassembled after several hour long sessions working on it.

I don't like how the lid doesn't stay on the bowl. Very irritating to have to dump into a different bowl to season the popcorn. Everyone loves all the extra dishes to wash all the time. Works good otherwise.

Die Maschine macht das was sie machen soll, man kann sich nicht für den Preis beschweren. Das Popcorn schmeckt gut und verbrennt nicht und leicht zu reinigen.

J’avais des doutes sur les popcorn au sucre (brulés?). Mais cela fonctionne tres bien. Petit bemol: le couvercle noir qui est sensé se mettre sur le dessus pour transformer le couvercle en recipient me tient pas en place.

en moins de 6 minutes tous les grains ont éclaté. Il faut alors retirer immédiatement le plateau avec son bol, après l'arrêt, pour que les grains ne brûlent pas .Légèrement salés les pop corn sont délicieux, à mon goût mieux que sucrés.
