I bought these to hang curtains to frame my windows. I wanted a pop of color in my living room and these were just the item I had in mind for the look I wanted to achieve.The holders are of great quality, sturdy, and easy to install. I will probably order more and use them as towel holders in my bathrooms.The only downside is with all hangers the Allen wrench is always hard to use when up next to tight spaces like a wall, although not much can be done about that. Overall great product!

I had the same issue as a lot of other reviewers with the towel bar being crooked and not being sturdy. I ended up using three screws that were all quite a bit bigger than the ones that were provided but still fit in the holes. They are a lot sturdier now. I do think that the manufacturer should reconsider the size of the screws as the screws included in this kit are not going to keep this holder sturdy. That being said they are very attractive holders and much more modern than the round ones. All in all I would still recommend this item; just use different screws.

This looks good but even with an experienced laborer installing it, and complaining about the quality the entire time; it fails to do what it is supposed to do 'hold up a towel'.The failure is attributed to a few points on the referenced other review. The design is nice and it appears sturdy- but it is not. "Flimsy" and "Poorly Designed" with "substantial supplied mounting accessories. Bought in Feb of 24 and in March it was already on the discard list for this project. Looking for something better I decided to warn others. Perhaps some of the other finishes are better (this is for the brushed SS model... So if you try other options you should fare better... the one star is, sadly deserved.

The installation hardware that comes with this towel bar is poorly designed. The holes in the mounting piece are bigger than the screws provided (first photo). Even when you mount it with the drywall anchors, the towel bar will not be sturdy and will rock around on the wall. I drilled two small holes into the mounting hardware that were more appropriately sized for the screws (second photo). When I did this (and used only those two holes for the screws), the mounting hardware was more sturdy and the towel bar didn't rock around on the wall after it was installed. After all was said and done, I like the towel bar. It is functional, and I like the style. But be ready to do a little extra work if you want it to be sturdy. It took me awhile to figure this out. Sharing so others can save time and aggravation.
