I heard leaking sound from my Toto Max toilet and identified the leak was from an aging seal. replace with this product with ease (easier tan taken out the old one because its soft plastic). Stopped the leak right away with 30 second job.

This is the worst replacement flapper I've ever bought. They thought that reinforcing the broad border of the flapper would make it more resilient when all it does is make it more heavy so it doesn't float.Now I have to return it because the toilet won't flush unless you hold the handle down the entire time. Along with the heavier design, the bubble is noticibly smaller, furthering the problem of not floating.I tried everything to make it work properly to no avail. I hate to return this after I tried to install it, but don't make a crap product that imitates the function without imitating correct design.

Did not fit, I was a bit disappointed that this product did not fit my toilet correctly it looked like it did on the website but without exact measurements it was hard to judge but it didn’t fit my toilet
