For putting up our patio sail, this kit was recommended from a YouTube video I was watching to see best practice of how to secure the sail. The kit worked wonderfully and we only needed part of the cable and some of the hardware, however I had to go to hardware store since I needed one more turnbuckle for our 3 point sail as the kit only came with 2.

Worked great. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars was because it was difficult to screw on the clamps. Not the best fit. But in the end it worked fine with a couple choice words and a slight injury.

This is the best cable system I've ever seen and installed. Easy to install. I made a gate on our terrace to have a hot tub spa installed. This item keeps the gate from sagging.

All over the title & description this product says 1/8, 1/8, 1/8, ... But it is NOT 1/8" wire cable. It is something like 2mm or 3/32" wire cable. The 1/8" refers to the diameter INCLUDING THE VINYL COATING.1/8" wire cable is a standard term that is not used appropriately here. You cannot use standard 1/8" wire cable tools or accessories with this product, and it will not perform up to the specifications of other 1/8" wire cable.
