These turnbuckles are stout enough for larger sun shade sail mounting. In my case a 12'X12' sun shade sail in front of my garage. They are polished with very smooth edges and being stainless steel, they'll never rust and should never need to be replaced.I highly recommend these TooTaci 5 Pack M6 Hook and Eye Turnbuckles.

We attend a lot of events where we set up displays of various items. Some of these items are T-shirts. I devised a cable system that hangs from the corners of our canopy tent. I use these turnbuckles to hang the cable and then tighten it to the proper tension depending on how much weight we have on it. Of course clothing isn't really going to test the maximum capacity of this item but I don't have a need to put that much weight on it. I can only say they are working perfectly for our application. But they are made well and turn smoothly when tightening or loosening.
