Took more than a week to receive package than the listed delivery date, item also came delivered missing the bow included in the bow and arrow set

Ordered the 20 lb bow for my grandson who is 11 with no archery experience. However actual draw weight was 9 lbs. MUCH too low. Have to return. My conclusion is poor quality control. No assembly instructions, but that was commented on by others. Some videos on lineAfter contacting vendor and explaining problem prior to returning, the correct limbs were shipped to me. These have a noticeably different shape from the originals. This took about 3 weeks to resolve. The bow now measures 22 lbs at the 28" standard draw distance.
