NOTE:
- If you’ve already experienced engine stalling, poor acceleration, and a check engine warning light, then you need to have the secondary air injection pump checked out immediately.
- The function of the secondary air injection pump is to allow air to be pumped into the exhaust, helping to put enough air into the mixture to burn when the engine fires again, which can make fuel burn more fully. When the secondary air pump has the following faults: the fault light is on, and the fault code appears. This means you can replace the secondary air jet pump.

Perfect fit, gasket fit right on and mounted in bracket with no issues. The first cycle on it was a loud whine but after the first few times it cycled on and off it got quiet.

Found a good how to video on YouTube so installing was super easy under 15 minutes. When it first started up it was really loud and high pitched whine. Then when the car went into low idle it went away. I just drove 750 miles no stop & no problems. If it lasts its a no Brainer! I'll up date after a few months.Still high pitch whine for a few minutes then goes away.Could be 5 stars otherwise

This was now the second pump in the under $100 class. This one lasted a pair of days now. One thing these pumps have in common is that they are loud when running, and then when they break they get even louder. I don't know why they are even offered anymore. It's basically a waste of time. Thanks to Amazon, you can try these pumps, and then just send them back. But that can't be the point. So, read the reviews, and don't order something like this in the first place.

Motor is Unbelievably loud, beyond belief that this would be considered a replacement. Warranty exchange is only 30 days so when motor really begins to howl it's out of warranty.
