Perfect for goalkeepers. The padding level is more than sufficient. I tried it out in a few games, and even though I usually wear long sweatpants, I wore this under them. As a goalkeeper, I’m constantly doing low-high dives. When I hit the ground, I didn't feel any pain in my hips; it does its job exceptionally well. It's light and flexible, so it didn't reduce my maneuverability.

This was purchased for my 15 year old son to wear as a soccer goalkeeper. The padding on these is extremely thick and rigid. It wears like armor. He did not like it and it looked odd under his player shorts. I returned this item.

Lol...these aren't bad. Sizing is a bit off, but since these are undershorts, not the end of the world. These are definitely more for a guy, since it would help to have an 'anchor' to keep these shorts from sliding/turning whilst moving.Padding is thick and shock-absorbing. But the thickness makes it harder to move. These aren't bad for goalkeepers but don't work as well for position players. A tailbone pad would be nice to protect from falling backwards, too.

Great product. Excellent quality and do the job for my son as a goalkeeper. He said they are comfortable to wear and true to size. Great value for money.

Item is described as snug fit, implying the shorts grip the leg which would make sense so that when impacting the material doesn’t move and keeps the area protected HOWEVER they do not grip your leg at all and when my son goes to slide tackle the short rises upwards therefore not supporting the area needed - absolute waste of money and I’ll be requesting a return of the item

These shorts are really well made. The fabric is lovely, and compresses against the skin well. They make playing goal much easier and more comfortable for my elder son. The padding is well constructed and works well. Recommended.
