I only buy the proprietary refills for my Retro 51 pens. I tried a cheaper brand and they just didn't fit right. These are worth the money, but since they are gel writers that lay down lots of ink, they need to be replaced sooner than I'd like, but there's nothing like writing with a great pen.

Perfect fit for the Retro 51 tornado pen. The lines are sharp and with good easy flow. I estimate it is a medium point, like a Pilot G@ medium. Not inexpensive and there do not appear to be any alternative refills on the market. The refill is for a pen that was a gift with a Christmas theme. I am glad they had available refills.
