I'll see how it works out in the long run but for now it was a direct replacement for the original sprinkler valve solenoid.

These are Toro but in the side it says 811 on it so it's the same solenoid as Lawn Genie. My original solenoid ruptured, so i screwed this one in, wired it up and that fixed it.

Easy to install or replace existing actuators. Identical to Irritrol brand at a much lower price. Package of two, new. Highly recommend.

after reading the reviews of people having trouble installing I inspected the threads and found the seem runs through them I used my pocket knife and cleaned them out and it was no problem I put 2 in and I am pleased they work good

Perfect replacement part. Make sure you remove the old one a look at the tip - choose the replacement that looks exactly like the one you’re replacing. This one has a white protruding tip and is the correct one for my 20 year old valves.

Exceptional value. Taken less than 10 mins to replace the shorted solenoid in our underground Toro sprinkle valve. Our old solenoid was shorted, resulting in "Mv Fuse" error msg in Sprinkle Controller. Only need to remove the On/Off ring in the old valve for a perfect fit (see ring in picture).Alternative would be spend half day in hot summer digging a big hole, replacing the entire old sprinkle valve..

I was delighted to find this product, being sold as a separate item. Previously I have had to buy a whole replacement valve, when all that was needed was a new solenoid. It fit perfectly and hs been working well all summer.
