We keep this, filled with kosher salt, on our kitchen counter — it’s handy to get to when we want to season something with kosher salt. I love the small magnet closure that ensures the lid is completely closed. This product is beautiful and well made. I love the wood grain. I highly recommend.

I have never owned a salt container like this. It is beautiful wood and easy to use. It opens easily and and looks nice sitting out. I use the second compartment for Italian spies blend because I use it almost every day.

I ordered one of these boxes quite some time ago. It looked great and worked perfectly. Recently I ordered another one. It also looked great, but the lid did noy fit properly - it wobbled precariously when opened. I returned it and requested a replacement. This one looks great like the previous ones and works flawlessly. I am very pleased.

We use this - and one other brand, we had on hand -- to store our room-temperature butter! Looks so much less messy than other butter dishes - is attractive both in our kitchen and at our diningroom table! It is easy to handle and transport. Everyone loves the look and feel of this! Already ordered and gifted a one of these to someone else - who was very pleased to have a more attractive butter container!
