As far as I could tell this was a real OEM part from Toyota and it plugs and plays flawlessly on Land Cruiser 80 series rear doors. Includes wire, sensor, and rubber sensor cover. Just swap over the bolt. If you haven't done this before, let me save you the research. You will have to pop off the trunk panels on either side to access the wire connector from behind. It will be obvious which one it is once you're in there. Your reward will be a working dome light.
