It is a fuel cap for a fuel service tank. 2†NPT threads. It has a rubber seal to prevent rainwater from getting into the fuel.

My desiel transfer tank had been leaking every time I moved it. I should have put this new cap on years ago. Works great and is high quality.

Didn't end up using for my application but looked good. Cast iron base is nice. Cap could be a little heavier duty but looked workable.

Looks cheap but isn't. Easy to install. Just screw it in.
