I order these sheers for the line of work I do, the quality and durability are amazing they will cut through dimes or anything within reason. They are fairly compact and comfortable if you insist on wearing or carrying them they come with a holster that fits the sheers snug and comfortable, I got them in the all black color scheme and in my opinion are the best value for money if you need a cheaper pair fast for work, personal, or just to put in a trauma bag. They haven’t failed me yet and I can trust the will work on anything I would need them for.

The shears are nice and sharp, coming together with good tolerances to enable cutting well (exactly what you would expect). The glass breaker is sharp and comes to a point. The folding action works relatively well, though unfolding can require a bit of an extra press to get the button locks to move in to place.The reason for the 4-stars instead of 5 was due to the strap cutter. Either there is a trick to it that they don't state, or mine is just jammed, but I can't get it to open up. I can say that it is extremely sharp, as I managed to cut my finger on it while attempting to get it to open, and I didn't notice the cut until it started dripping blood, but I suspect I will never be able to use the strap cutter or the oxygen tank wrench (not that I have a use for the wrench currently anyway) due to it being so difficult to open.As I purchased these for the shears and the shears alone, the rest was just gravy, but it is something to be aware of.

I work in law enforcement and bought these trauma shears to carry at work as you never know when you might need to cut a seatbelt or clothing from a victim. The shears are very well made and are comparable to the much more expensive Leatherman Raptor. It's a tool you hope you don't need, but it's inevitable that you will. I've already used it to cut a seat belt and it flawlessly cut it with no issues. I also tried it on a penny just to see if the hype was true. It is true. The shears demolished the penny. The tool comes with a plastic sheath that will attach to Molle. The tool folds for storage in the sheath, but easily unfolds to a locked position. To fold it back, you simply press the locking buttons on the shears. If you are a first responder, just buy it. There are numerous applications for a tool as it includes a window punch, oxygen tank wrench, wire cutter, and a small ruler

These shears throughly impressed me. I am an EMT and a trauma tech at a hospital and they're essentially the leatherman's minus the brand name. They're heavy duty and get the job done. Only negative is I didnt buy two at the same time because these kinda shears notoriously disappear on calls lol, even then two pairs of these are still cheaper than 1 pair lf leatherman's.

Use these at work for telecom all day every day the ring cutter cuts up to bailing wire and solid ground wire excellently, and the scissors make short work of zip ties and cat 5-8 cable and cut ends cleanly
