Tips:
1. After removing your old brake light, please use some alcohol to clean the gasket area and lip on the light. Then attach to the light.
2. Please note that the white lights on the two sides are not reverse lights. They are CARGO LIGHTS. They are controlled by your interior light switch.

So needed to fix a bad rust spot on a work truck and thought this would be a good replace and it was. Plugged in and fit just fine with the lights being bright and easy to see.

my second one came and it was still just as garbage as the first one. The brake and cargo light illuminate at the same time when the brake is pressed. Yes the cargo light is very bright and nice. It’s too bad. There is no quality control on this piece of garbage.

EDIT: I submitted a replacement request with Amazon and I received a new light very quickly (2days). I reinstalled the new light and confirmed all lights are working correctly so far. Time will only tell if I just happened to have received a bad light the first time.I wanted to like this product. It was super easy to install and has a really clean look. The light is clear and bright. This is where the good ends. The problem with this light is when I hit my brakes, BOTH the white and red light illuminate. This is not good, much less safe for drivers behind me as I’m sure I’m blinding them. On top of the fact I’m pretty sure it is illegal to have white lights illuminated from the rear. I don’t know if this is a defect, or how the light was intentionally wired in the harness, but it is most definitely not right.

Fit like a charm lights are really bright LED. Came with gaskets. Price was cheap I recommend.

We installed this light in June. It was working fine. 4 months later we washed the pickup the light got water in it and shorted out. We put the original light back on, it was cracked is why we replaced it. The lights work fine now.

Easy simple to install, and they do come with a new gasket for the housing. I was not expecting the bed lights to be as bright as they are. That was a nice surprise.
