This was super easy to install on my 2012 Expedition. The plug snapped in right and spray nozzle was easy to reuse from original. This light turned out brighter than expected. Over all, very with the price. Perfect fit!!

This was a quick and easy install on a 2014 ford expedition limited. It looks way better than the original and well worth the price.

The red LED third brake light was a perfect fit on my '13 Expedition. The plastic is a little bit lighter red than I expected but that may have been due to the age and faded plastic of the incandescent one I replaced. The only two other things I noticed is that the adhesive seal with adhesive on both sides is difficult to remove because you have to make sure you line stuff up and is difficult to unstick once a part of it hits the metal when you are trying to get it lined up like the old one as well as lining up the screw holes prior to installation. I kept the sprayer that came with it on the new one since it seems to work, but honestly not as well as the old one. I will probably swap out the old one with the one that came with it in the spring when it warms up since it's December right now and pretty cold outside. I really don't need to do it and it works for now. I should have swapped the two prior to the installation of the new one but I wasn't sure how well it was going to work at the time. Swap them prior to the installation of the new one if you go to do it. FYI. The old one just sprayed a little better imo. The new one is a lot brighter than the old one and am pleased so far and hope it holds up, but I only put it in two weeks ago or so.

As a vigilant driver who prioritizes safety above all else, I recently upgraded my vehicle with the LED 3rd Third High Mount Brake Light Stop Lamp, and I couldn't be more impressed with the results.Let's talk about visibility. The LED lights on this brake light are incredibly bright and eye-catching, ensuring that my vehicle is easily seen by other drivers, especially during adverse weather conditions or low-light situations. Whether I'm braking suddenly in heavy traffic or signaling a stop at night, the powerful illumination of this brake light provides added assurance that I'm doing everything possible to alert those around me.

This product works as advertised. This includes keeping your original spray nozzle and replacing the one included with the light. The included nozzle will not spray properly. The light, however, works exactly as it should. Upon braking, the light will flash rapidly before remaining steady.

Extremely pleased with this replacement 3rd rear brake light for my 2016 Ford Expedition. Very reasonably priced and easy to install.

It took just a few minutes to install. I did however do some prep work. 1) The original OEM lamp assembly is terrible quality. Five 5 watt incandescent bulbs melting the reflector and housing. The original was un-salvageable. It was also apparent that water got in and caused one bulb to fracture. 2) Dorman sells a replacement at twice the price of an LED, and has a video on their add touting that they have LED brake lights, yet they actually do not for the Expedition. 3) I am not crazy about LED replacement lamps as they are often not engineered for the OEM housing. But here you get the entire LED lamp and housing as a new assembly. It should run cooler and not melt like the old. 4) I took some added precautions of adding some foil HVAC tape across the top seam of the LED assembly in case the outer gasket fails to seal all the rainwater out. I also put a dab of silicone caulk over the grommet and wires at the rear. 5) I i used the OEM squirter per instructions. It was a tight fit. You may need to file just a tiny bit on the top or bottom, but better yet use some lubricant when snapping into place. I did not and it was TIGHT. I should have used the new squirter gasket with my old one, but got ahead of myself. 6) The plug mated just fine and secure. If it does not, you might need to file the outer rim of the socket to allow it to seat better. But mine was fine. 7) The old OEM one was constructed poorly with respect to the plug. This one is really much better. 8) Cut off a small bit of the old rubber squirter hose before reattaching. Those hoses can blow off under pressure so you need a tight fit. 9) don't forget to use the new rubber washers between the head of the screws and the plastic housing.
