So happy I ordered this. I was looking for something to help with physical therapy exercises and this one works perfect. It’s flexible and quality is really good for the price. I like that it comes with instructions that explain easy way to air up and deflate when not in use! Texture is smooth and seems to be durable. Easy to grip and the size fits the purpose.

Use this ball for my knees n inner thighs. The size is perfect for between my thigh exercises n knee curls. The material is durable n good texture. Remains air well and easy to inflate.

I injured my back and I used one of these balls in physical therapy. I ordered one for myself. It is not hard. Perfect for my therapy. Perfect size and retains air.

Update to my original review. The company contacted me and promptly sent a new ball. This ball I was able to inflate and it has stayed inflated. Great customer service. Thank you.My exercise ball does not retain air. The first time I inflated it, I slightly under inflated so I didn’t overstretch. The next morning it was all wrinkled and lost inflation. The second time I inflated to normal size. By the second day it was flat again. I tried one more time as the air is getting colder in house but still the same result. Unfortunately it is past the refund period.
