These worked very well for my specific project. Used to attach a portable radio mounting bracket to the inside aspect of a cart door. Both items are metal. Used a Milwaukee battery operated pop rivet gun to install. No failures. I did add a pop rivet backing washer as additional reinforcement.

Exact (if not very close) to OEM rivet size. Used to attach lower plastic Nissan Bumper Parts in their Premium Car. As described and made parts more secure to each other. When installed, looks just like OEM Nissan rivets. Installs easy and works well with my simple at home rivet tool. Used to replace OEM rivets that broke off.

These rives have impressed me with the way they expand and lock materials together. Regular pop rivets just don't compare to the holding strength of these. They expand the to approximately 5/8"ths of an inch and they hold tight. Perfect for when you just can't put a washer on the back side of the work. They're definitely worth having in your workshop. I find new uses for them every day and I need to order more. Trust me, you need these.
