Fit great, well made, super light weight. Honestly, I forgot I was wearing them under my jeans until my left knee met the gnarly old black top with significant velocity. Felt the impact for sure ( I'm 6'3" 235 lbs, when you're my size you definitely know you've fallen) but it didnt hurt much at all. I am very happy I had them on, last time I fell on my knee it was black and blue and I limped for a week.Would definitely recommend to mitigate road rash and to cushion impacts to knees. I would not recommend them for big air bails though.I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Comfortable and easier to put on than the scrappy bulky ones. I fell on my knee on concrete and my knee was completely fine.

These fit true to the size chart. They feel tight enough to stay in place, but do tend to slide down when I sit down, and I have to occasionally tug them back up, but do stay in place while skating.I waited until I had a fall to review these. I use these at the rink and they certainly protected me from injury on the one fall I had.I think some people expect them to be as protective and wear resistant as the hard shell style which is not realistic. I certainly felt the fall at a wood floor rink more than I do when crashing on asphalt with hard shell knee pads, but I was totally uninjured, and the comfort factor of this low profile protection is great.

these are easy to wear under your pants, and provide just enough impact resistance to keep me from wrecking my day.

These knee pads are very comfortable. I had to exchange the large for the medium but once I got the right size they fit nicely.

Ok so as far as even the slightest impact protection they have absolutely none at all . Will still hurt like hell and can damage your knee if you hard fall . Good for not skinning up your knees and that’s about it. I need something low profile like these but with at least some impact protection

Honestly, I bought quite a few of these. These work better than the snowboarding ones. I use the snowboarding ones for work and I use these for snowboarding and Skateboarding. Bought a pair for when my Lady and I go to the roller rink just to be a little extra cautious. Can’t even tell they’re under your pants.

I got back into skateboarding, yes, I am 58 years old lol, (I rollerskate as well) I wanted to make sure that I had the right protection, kneepads and elbow pads, it was spot on, the padding is really nice, and they are really durable, I haven’t seen any fraying on the edges, no splitting anywhere, the stitching has held up fantastic so the quality is definitely there.I cannot stress this enough when I say that making sure you have the right protection makes all the difference, your body goes through enough torture without adding a nasty fall off a nice cruise down the street on your longboard.I highly recommend these kneepads, I’ve only ever taken one good fall, and it’s kept my knees in great shape, so definitely value for money

Was looking for knee pads to use with work (trades). Found the padding to be too thin to kneel on.Would probably be ideal for recreation /sports, however. Quite comfortable to wear.

Exactly what I needed for skateboarding. Only downside is that you need to keep pulling them up but this might be a result of my large thighs.

I bought these as a low protection for the roller rink. I put them under my loose trousers or wear them with a skirt when I’m skating indoors. I’m an intermediate skater but I still hit my knees sometimes, especially when I’m tired and been skating from 2+ hours. Wouldn’t recommend for outdoors unless you’re super good skater, you don’t go skate park, and hardly ever fall. These are literally just for a low protection when you’re really confident or you’re on a forgiving surface (indoors gym/roller rink). Also, get a size up otherwise they’re gonna slip down and cut off your circulation.
