These are tiny but for a household of 2 they are nearly perfect. My 90 y/o mom has decided she doesn't care for leftovers. Really? this frual woman that raised me. Anyway, there is just so much room in the freezer so thought I would give this a try. It works like any other slow cooker but I can make more tha enough for us with a little leftover for me. The stoneware is easy to wash - big ones are so bulky and heavy. I can make homemade applesauce in one side and a stew in the other. You can use also use just one side. The whole thing is not too heavy. This unit just doesn't have any "bells and whistles" but if I want that I use my 3.5 qt that is programmable.

I used the Double Slow Cooker for a taco bar at a baby shower, and it was fantastic! The two 1.25 QT pots were just the right size for keeping taco fillings warm, and the adjustable temperature made it easy to maintain the perfect heat. The removable ceramic pots made cleanup a breeze, and the glass lids kept everything visible. It was a huge hit, and the setup was so convenient—perfect for serving food to a crowd without worrying about reheating! Highly recommend for any event.

ordered this for my chili cook off, it worked great and received many compliments, it's sturdy, easy to clean and being able to control the temperature worked great .. first I thought I have to keep it on "high", but it was too much ... actually had to turn it off just to keep the food hot, not warm .. also it's a great advantage, that you can control each pot separately .. the food warmer and me did very good that night

This was nice for keeping refried warm and being able to make queso from cooking to warming in one pot.

I bought this to use for a sundae bar at a party. It worked beautifully. I put hot fudge on one side and caramel on the other.

The cooker performs exactly as advertised and I have no issues at all in that regard, however the strong unpleasant odour which fills the kitchen when it's used is a worry. I accept some smells when the product is new, but this has been used regulary for several months and yet the problem remains. I will stress that the flavour of the food cooked is in no way affected by the smell. It spoils what is a good inexpensive product.

I didn’t read the specs and I am truly shocked at how tiny these pots are. I can’t imagine any possible use for them.
