Smaller than what it looks like, main thing that's an issue is that there is no safety certificate on it like it shows on the images.

I bought this to use with my inversion table so I hang from my hips instead of my feet. I used a ratchet strap to go under the foot bar and hooked the ends to each side of the belt. Much cheaper than the one product sold for this purpose. This belt is comfortable, adjustable, sturdy, and should last a long time.
