Make gardening so much easier! It comes with the handle so it’s a plus! It’s long handle too. I do not have to bend over to use it.

It is not "light weight" but that is a plus. the weight does all the work. If you can lift it, it does the job. You do not have to apply downward pressure. Also, I don't think this will ever wear out. I love this product.

I learned as a child to ditch with a hoe in California soil. Red clay is a different work and I went through a couple of standard hoes pretty quickly. I've gone down 18 inches with a pick and this hoe into clay, rock, and roots for a length 36 feet. A nice clean ditch the width of the hoe and perfect for installing 5 inch drain pipe. Very little visible wear on the hoe. This is a serious tool built for real work. I gave it a 5 for "light weight" even though it is not light. It's exactly as heavy as it needs to bre to do the work. But if you want a light weight garden tool, this is not for you.

Well made, strong fiberglass handle and a forged one-piece head that can be sharpened. The other garden hoes I looked at in this price range had 2-piece welded heads that can fail and break. This is well made and should stand the test of time. And Truper makes replacement heads of different weights in case you want to change it.

I’ve been looking for a sturdy hoe for a few seasons, but I couldn’t justify paying the high prices for the ones with the forged heads. This one met my price point for being a good value. Ergonomic is simple, head and handle were solid with no noticeable defects. The weight was not light; it was right. The long handle allow flexibility in finding a comfortable length of swing.After spending 10 minutes filing a sharp edge, it was an easy job to break ground for a small gardening plot.
