This is my second TSLA jacket. A couple of months ago I bought one of their waterproof rain shells. I was impressed by that so I gave the brand a try again for a lightweight puffer jacket.I used to have a Marmot Zeus puffer jacket with 700 fill down. But somehow I managed to lose that a couple of years ago and have been intending to replace it ever since. My primary use for a lightweight puffer jacket is as a lightweight jacket around camp for backpacking or a top layer when I'm on the move in very cold weather. Second, I use it as a mid-layer under a soft-shell jacket for skiing. And lastly it's a great option for around town casual wear that feels like you're wearing nothing and easy to stuff almost anywhere. What I liked about the down jacket was its loft / warmth, its light weight, and its packability. What I didn't like was the fact that even with the water repellent down coatings available now, down sucks at staying dry and drying out once it's wet. And when wet, down loses almost all it's insulating capability. Also down requires special care to clean. And something like the Zeus costs about $200.So, I've kept an eye on the progress with synthetic insulation over the past 20 years and its come a long way with loft / warmth and packability. Also a jacket with synthetic insulation retains insulating capability when wet and dries out faster than down. It can also be tossed in a home washing machine. And this jacket was priced about 75% less than a Marmot down replacement. So how does this TSLA Accent jacket stack up against a traditional down jacket in the same ultralight category? The outer shell is nylon so the wind resistance is comparable. There's a DWR coating so it will shed light rain for a while like my down jacket. Neither of them is intended to be rain gear. The down jacket weighed about a pound or 454 grams. This jacket is comparable, extremely light. The down jacket stuffs into one of its own pockets. The TSLA jacket stuffs into a provided stuff sack. The size of both when stored are close enough to call it equal. As for design, both have 2 hand slash pockets on the sides with zippers. The TSLA jacket also has 2 huge drop pockets on the inside. Both have elastic cuffs on the sleeves. Both have an insulated stand up collar. And both are long in the torso to provide coverage over a beltline and over your butt.As for fit, I'm 6'0" tall and 207 lbs with a 44" chest and 35" arm length. I bought a Large and the fit is perfect. Arm length is good. There's plenty of room in the chest and arms to wear a base layer and a wool sweater under the jacket. But it will also fit under my softshell ski jacket as a mid layer. Length is also perfect for me. It comes about 4 inches below my belt in front and hangs a bit lower in back t pretty much cover the pockets on a pair of jeans. And I can move freely without being restricted. As for warmth, I've only worn it outside once in 35F temps to clear snow from a driveway. But I took it off after about 10 minutes because I was getting too warm. So I'll update after I've had it for a while. And obviously durability can only be determined wit time. But it appears to be made well with decent materials. At the price, the TSLA Accent jacket seems like a bargain.

I bought one of these in blue and liked it a lot. I regretted not getting black so I bought one of those too. It's not for very cold weather, but perfect for 40s to mid 50s....to me anyway...and blocks the wind. For an inexpensive jacket, I don't think it looks cheap at all. It's comfortable and fits really well, not boxy. It's also the perfect length for me at 6'. I've been wearing them for about 2 weeks and not sure how durable they will be.

Nice looking and light weight jacket, yet warmer than I thought it would be. My only issue how durable it would be during rough wear. Seems the threads in the many seams are easy to snag on objects.

I live in Alaska and travel to the lower 48. It’s a pain to pack an Alaska jacket and carry it in the lower 48. Takes up too much space. This jacket is perfect. It’s warm, has a hood, and packs down really small. I can pack it down small enough to carry in my carry-on, and have with me no matter where I land. From Charlotte to Barrow , it does the job. And I love the bright red color.

This is a nice jacket for $30. Unfortunately I paid over $50. A mistake I should learn from.

I'm 6'6'', this jacket has sleeves that are long enough. It's still a bit wide around the torso / midsection, but I guess not everyone is as slender as me....

This is my go-to housecoat! :-) Super-light, fits great, and keeps me nice & warm when I’m outside doing chores. Seriously, this jacket is better than similar ones I’ve bought for well over $100! And, just to bring it home here, I’m wearing it right now as I write this review!
