I didn't know what size boot to buy for my 7 year old daughter. She is in a size 1 and going into a size 2 so I read what other reviewers had posted and opted for a size up (size 3). I am glad I did. They fit with plenty of room, but as they lace up you can tighten them. They are well padded inside and the sole is rubberised with a groove to help hold the foot in the stirrup. They look great and we are thrilled with them! My daughter has normal width feet so there were absolutely no issues with these being too narrow.

Love them! They look and feel great! Inside has great orthopedic support so I was really happy went a half size larger than what my daughter normally wears. They fit perfectly I would recommend for all English style riders.

A lot of people hated these boots in the reviews yet I bought them anyway and I'm happy with them. They have their faults. When I first tried them on, my feet said I needed to return them...they were pinching, ouch! I have short feet but they have a bit of bulk to them. I wear them four or five days a week and they've shaped to my feet and actually fit pretty well now. If I really overdo the tramping around in them, I get blisters on my lil' toes... but that happens in any shoes. The synthetic leather is good for cleaning stalls and I think they'll last a while. The little clasps on the inside would grab my socks but that was an easy fix. I must add that they are really nice looking boots and I'm happy with them! I went on JPC fine riding products, looked up the shoes and printed out the sizing chart. I seriously recommend everyone does it. Also, make sure to print it out at 100% I hope that helps! =)

The boots were a great fit and broke in easily for my daughter. However, the soles started to separate from the boots almost immediately. The company sent us a replacement pair when I requested, however that did not work as they must have been a newer model or something? The replacement pair had memory foam as the footbed inside, the problem is that it was bunched up and stabbed into my daughter's heel, so we had to send those back. We tried using shoe glue to glue the soles back onto the boots. It worked for one of them. So here we are with boots that have totally fallen apart, which had only been worn about 8 times.

I am returning them. Mine were not moldy like many people complained about. I am returning them because they are too small. I can't order a size up because then i'll be tripping over the toe. They run REALLY narrow. I do not have wide feet either. I walked around my kitchen in them to see if i could make them work after breaking them in, but the walk was too painful for me. Little sad, they are nice looking boots at a great price.

So far I've been very impressed with TuffRider boots in general. My daughter has had several pairs. She outgrows them and then donates them to her barn for other young riders to use. She's never had a pair wear out or become unable to be donated. I bought my first pair and have abused them in the short 3 weeks that I've had them and they held up better than my Shires tall boots. I'm impressed and will definitely be a repeat customer.

Fits my daughter's slightly narrow foot well. She gives them a big thumbs up after a few days at horse camp. She finds it to be a solid, comfortable boot on and off the horse. Considering she'll outgrow them soon enough, the price point is also very nice. Nothing to complain about.

For anyone else that’s confused by the size options, 75=7.5, 85=8.5 etc. I was unsure but took a chance in hopes that that was what it meant and sure enough the size 75 i ordered was a women’s 7.5 Very happy with the look and quality of these boots, we’ve had several pairs of the same boots over the years and have never had an issue. They always hold up well enough to pass on to a younger rider after my daughter grows out of them, and she isn’t gentle on her stuff. She had a pair of Saxon boots that the sole fell off of within a few months so we switched back to these and never looked back. Bonus: The size i ordered was only $15 which is an incredible deal for these!!

Product is marketed as women's. They shipped a children's size 1. Too bad, would have otherwise liked to keep it. Side note, for children, I think they prefer one with zipper. The way the lace material is and the hooks for lacing up the boot is quite inconvenient .

These are fantastic boots!!! Our daughter has pronated feet and the doctor recommended these. Medical shoes for pronated feet are extremely expensive and require a prescription, these are a third the cost and no prescription. We have been using these for the last five years and her feet have greatly improved. These are durable and lasted through 4 children! They remain firm and provide excellent ankle support. I don't know how they stand up for riding, as they were used for everyday shoes. Funny enough, our doctor told us, these are the kinds of shoes all children should be wearing anyway. Great product!!!
