This skirt is cute, and very poofy! I had my doubts if the skirt would fit, but the waistband is super stretchy! The waistband looks small, but don't panic (!) it stretches to fit your waist, and fits snugly. I ordered the S-M size, and I would say the skirt can easily fit a size 2 through size 12! The skirt comes vacuum-packed, which makes the packaging super thin! When I first received it, I was surprised, and skeptical if it would actually poof out! The skirt fluffed right up after taking it out of the package!I actually bought this to wear under a skirt to make my skirt poofy, but this skirt would be pretty on its own too! I will definitely buy from them again, and purchase other colors!P.S. The skirt is wrinkled after taking out of package, and steaming it is best. Also, the skirt is knee length.

I bought this crinoline to wear under my tea-length wedding dress. This is one of the nicest tulle skirts that I have ever seen, and I own three! The mesh is very fine, which makes it nice and soft against your skin. There is a liner as well on the inside which is in a slightly-stretchy material, so it fits nicely. I have a 30" waist and the waistband fits me well. I could do with slightly more ease in the elastic maybe, as it does leave waistband marks on my waist after wearing it for a few hours, but it doesn't hurt my waist at all and it definitely stays up. A great crinoline for the price!

Ok first I received the wrong size on my first order. I ordered a small and got the large which was a big disappointment because this skirt is so nice! I quickly reordered the small for my daughter so it could reach us in time for our Disney trip. It came in 2 days and we couldn't be happier.There are so many tulle skirts on Amazon it was a chance we took on the description of this one since there were no reviews and the price was lower than others. Do not hesitate to buy one of these from this seller and Amazon Prime.My daughter wanted one to use as a slip under her full twirl skirts, She wanted it to be soft and also have the fullness begin at the waist, not a drop slip and then the stiff tulle at knee like most crinolines. She also wanted it to go right to the knee and not longer than her skirt. This tulle skirt ticks all the boxes and well worth the purchase!It is perfect fullness right to the knee. Not too puffy and very soft! For reference, my daughter is a size 4-6 and is 5'7 with a thicker waist at 28' The small/med fit her great. Not tight and can be stretched comfortably. It falls right at her knees and she has long legs.Just store inside out and fluff before wearing. It is twirl worthy and can be worn under a skirt or as a skirt with a belt or tie ribbon! You cannot see through the skirt. (Note for sizing reference, the large or maybe xl we received was very big it was even loose on me and im a 33 waist and 5'5 it came right to my knee when at my natural waistline, I have long legs. there isn't any tag indicating the sizes.)

I have never written a negative review on Amazon before. I am easily satisfied and generally forgiving for small differences or imperfections in products, especially when I get them at a great price. I cannot say this enough: Do not buy this skirt. There is nothing good about it, and it is nothing like the pictures.1. The waistband is not a one-inch elastic like the picture. It is a six inch-wide spandex panel, so you would have to pull it up under your boobs to get it to go out at your waist not your hips.2. The material is very scratchy and stiff. The picture makes it look like soft tulle, but this is crinkly crinoline that pokes and itches.3. There are only two layers of crinoline. The pictures look like many soft layers. It still goes out enough to hold up my dress, but that's only because the material is so stiff.If that wasn't enough, the quality was horrible. Even if the description had been more accurate, I would have returned it because there were stray pieces of crinoline stringing out from the waist as if they didn't trim the seams. I am shocked this has so many good reviews. I don't know what they got, but I didn't get it. The only thing this seller should be advertising is their photo editing software.

It adds the perfect amount of volume to my dresses and skirts, and it’s comfortable to wear. The fabric feels soft, and it holds its shape nicely. However, the only downside is that it can get a little bulky under certain outfits, making it harder to move around in tight spaces.

This a fabulous FULL skirt. The purple color is bright and on point. Yes, of course it comes wrinkled. A toss in the dryer for about 8 minutes at lightest setting with a small wet hand towel will clear out all the wrinkles. Very happy with purchase!
