That said, the large isn't so big that it's not useful for those smaller bikes as well. I put this small size on my 2008 BMW R1200GS, factory low seat. Recommendations were for the large size but I went for the small size because I don't like large tank bags as they often get in the way of seeing instruments and I only use them for small items. It fits the curvature of the tank perfectly and doesn't have to be removed to access the fuel cap. It fits perfectly.

Quality build that does exactly what I need it to do. Holds all the basics, doesn’t move around and easy access to fueling with two front clips. This is the small bag and when comparing the dimensions with the large bag I believe it would work also. Personally I’m fine with the smaller bag, to give you an idea of what I usually take. Wallet, ins./registration info, phone, wet ones & optical wipes (ind. packages), gum, lip balm, a small pair of gloves OR eyeglasses, and of course your C Carry. Hope this helps!

I love this bag! Perfect fit for XR650R! I got the small one. Little expensive but looks like it was worth it. I'd definitely recommend.
