This is a very impressive product! Very well designed and attractive when finished, looks professional. It comes neatly packaged along with excellent instructions, the best I have seen in a long time. Parts are included to fit many different mountings, and they are very well labeled to easily match up with the instructions. The base is heavy enough to support the TV and is secure and easily adjusted. This is really a super nice product and affordable. One note, if your HDMI connector comes straight out the rear, you may need a 90 deg adapter, not included.

It's a fine stand, fairly sturdy, decent looking base. No major issues.I bought it for a monitor as I lost my previous stand in a move and it is virtually impossible to buy a missing stand intended for a monitor, not a TV. Good instructions and easy assembly. Fits 32" TV with no problem. Tilts, raises and lowers so adding a sound bar below is a nice complement. Price was great.
