They were easy to install. Prep work took the longest one that was done it only took about 15 min per fender. I used 8 self starting screws instead of the clips. Took care of the small gaps between flare and the truck. Screwed them to the lip in the fender well. Covered the fender rust very nicely. In my opinion they look great. Good quality product.

The first evening I screwed all the nuts and bolts on the fender flairs. The rubber gaskets went on very easily and quickly, so first night two hours.Let them stay in the pickup the next day for awhile to heat them up and put the rear ones on first. You have to take off the OEM mud flaps put if you wanted to take some time you could cut the mud flaps to fit and reinstall. The engine logo has to be moved to I bought some two sided 3M tape and reinstalled them right over the spot they were before after peeling the old two sided tape. Second day a little less than two hours. Common sense is the best defense for instructions.

These seem well-made, thick plastic, nice finish, beautiful hardware, nice rubber trim. The instructions say that some trimming may be necessary, and this was the case. That required several fittings, so I would advise against attaching the rubber trim permanently until the fitting is done. The rubber trim strip also needs to be notched to fit well around the protrusions that fit in the grooves on the fenders. The fit was not perfect, there are some small gaps. And it was an effort to install them. The first one took me three hours! Does that seem like a lot? Well, first you have to put 11 bolts, nuts, and washers into each rear fender flare. Then tighten each.with the included driver and a ratchet or wrench. The you must temporarily press on the rubber trim along the entire length of the upper edge.Next you must take the flare out to the truck and check the fit. This requires removing existing fasteners, then temporarily attaching the flare. Then you have to mark spots that keep the fender flare from pressing flatly against the side of the truck. Then remove it, trim the high spots, then repeat. And then do it again. When you are satisfied with the fit, you have to remove the rubber trim, clean the attachment area, notch the trim, and then reapply the trim and remove the protective strip to expose the adhesive. Then press to seal it.Now you can take the flare and attach it to the truck, starting near the top and pressing it against the side of the fender as you work the screws and fasteners into existing holes or drill new ones and use screws. Oh, and the small plastic pins that are supposed to press into the quick fasteners aren't up to the task and they bend when you attempt to press them in. I substituted black metal screws, screwed into place. When finished, you have to live with any small gaps. But they look good, way better than the rear fender edges did after I removed the stock dually fender flares while converting to SRW. I'm glad they were available and inexpensive.Edit: I called customer service to get some extra rubber trim, and they were EXCELLENT. They sent the trim free of charge, even though I offered to pay for it!

So I originally ordered a similarly priced set from another brand that starts with a D that were supposed to fit this truck. Those were a joke. The rubber trim on those was horrible, then they didn’t line up at all. The front ones were so wide that even if they did fit, the door wouldn’t have opened.Returned those and took a chance with these. These seemed to have clearer instructions along with an install video right on their website. The rubber trim was simple to install on these. They lined up and fit perfect. I did have to relocate the Hemi badges, but that’s no big deal. I did not use the hardware included. For the front fenders I used the 3 factory screws that were already on the truck, then just used a couple of my own self taping screws with washers. I didn’t like the included clips, and anyone who has tried to use self taping screws that come with any kits knows how useless those are. For the rear I used the two factory screws I took out along with a couple self tappers again. I did use the two expanding fasteners as shown in the instructions. All in all, very happy for the price.Took only about an half an hour to actually install. That included removing the badges and everything.I did spend maybe 30 minutes the day prior installing the rubber trim and the rivets, but I just did that in my house at night while watching tv.

I really like these and they look great on my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4, but instructions suck (not that its hard to figure out) and fitment isn't super easy unless you have help. I installed these to cover bubbling paint above my drivers side rear wheel and they work flawlessly. Not to hard to install either. definitely need to use more mounting points then they recommend. I personally like the pop rivet type connectors. I drilled a few holes and popped them in (took a few drill attempts to find the right size though). Didn't want to make them too big so I started smaller then I needed until I got it figured out. Highly recommend for the price. Will add pics when I get a chance.

Was a little concerned when the package arrived. There was a large hole punctured into the box that had been “repaired” with packing tape. (See photo). Luckily, all items and installation materials were intact and in good order. My fenders were for a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 and the fit exact. Even lined up with factory spaces. Note: I bought these to cover up some rust spots starting on the back fenders, make sure if you’re doing the same that there is enough material for the instal clips to grasp on to. Mine were good but I can see how that would be a potential problem. Specially with older Ram models.Happy to say that install was fairly easy having never done this before and not much of a “gear head”. Love the final result and would recommend these.

Really good kit, very minor modifications to fit them up properly. Took about 3 hours. Threw fender clips in the garbage, junk. Used all my own hardware as the stuff it comes with sucks. I’m going to have to look at offset wheels as the flares stick out really far for stock wheels. Looks kinda goofy. Overall a good kit.

Bought this kit for my 04 ram 2500, kit looked excellent out of the box and instructions were clear and simple. Anyone wondering about these flares let me tell you, fit was incredible not trimming or anything on the flares themselves. Did have to remove the Cummins logo but they were going to get removed anyway. Putting them on was very quick and easy with an extra set of hands it was on in about 2 hrs. Would recommend this product to anyone looking for flares. A fraction of the cost of bushwackers but same great look.
