The only product I could find on Amazon that fit what I needed. Bought for my Nektar IMPACT LX25+ to mount it above my current MIDI keyboard on my desk. I needed something with a perfectly flat bottom section (for my big MIDI keyboard to set level on the bottom section and underneath the Nektar), a strong support system, and ability to hold the MIDI controller in place (with articulation options).All the boxes ticked! This will probably work great for laptops as well, but I appreciate the product working out for something it wasn't technically made for.

I use this when I am DJing out to hold up my laptop. It is a little heavy, but very solid. It has its own little bag and folds up nicely for travel.

This sets up and takes down very quickly, holds a heavy laptop with my keyboard sitting on the bottom arm. Very sturdy and the excellent quality I have found with almost all Ultimate Support equipment I have purchased.

Product works great. I have 2 MacBook Pros I use the for. They work great, I can open bottom screen 100%. Very solid and good grip on surface of Mac and the desk.

it wont tighten enough to hold its position. what a waste of time. returning! dont waste your money.

Strong and sturdy and folds up flat. Very happy with, just would be nice if it had teeth that locked together however you set it up. As it is you can tighten and it holds the laptop fine but I worry about a drunk leaning on it and cause it to fold like a house of cards.
