I do not use them as chisels or as neat little perfect angled stitch slot makers. I use them to mark holes. Pretty hard to wear them out doing only that with them. And I'd be stupid to pay more.But that's what *I* use them for. If you're the same, thumbs up. These have my endorsement. If not, please ignore. Your philosophy of use (POU) will probably require more refined, higher priced tools.

These punches are NOT true 5mmThe error is small, but the 6 tine punch which *should* be 20mm between the tips of the first and last tine is actually 20.5mm0.5mm is a small error, but it quickly adds up over a stitch line.I’m giving them 2 stars, both because they are quite solid, and if you don’t need accurate punches, just consistent ones, they will fit your needs. but if you need accuracy, look elsewhere; and my order was promptly refunded and easy to return.
